This class, taught by TRS master baker Toni Sandler, will demonstrate a recipe that uses simple ingredients and a food processor to create and knead the dough. Using a batch of risen dough, Toni will show us how to braid the dough and prepare it for baking. As an added bonus, Toni will teach us tips and techniques using gluten-free flour to create a delicious gluten-free loaf.
In-person attendees should plan to arrive 15 minutes before the class and bring a face mask and a food processor of the 12-cup size or larger. Recipes will be sent to registrants before the class via email.
You can choose to join us in person (though our capacity is only 5 tickets) or virtually. We'll open a waitlist should additional in-person capacity become available.
